The standard also complies with other standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 14001. Moreover, a new aspect of the standard is the inclusion of all individuals working in the wider context of the organization, such as employees, suppliers, external partners, etc. The issues that are mainly addressed in this standard are the integration of employees into the management system, i.e. their involvement in the organization’s Health & Safety issues, the improvement of the company's organization in relation to what is required by the standard, the responsibility of top management in implementing the standard, the identification and analysis of the causes leading to working accidents, the response measures that are observed and compliance with the legislation in force.
