Accredited Certification Services for Management Systems. It also carries out
Audits for Compliance, according to standards and specifications. It operates
both in the Public and Private sector in Small, Medium and Large Companies.
Our VISION is to make AXIA CERT a Leading Certification Body. AXIA
CERT’s desire and MISSION is to work creatively and productively with its
clients at all stages of the Certification process. This ensures that certified
organizations will derive maximum benefit from the operation of an effective

AXIA CERT founders have a long career and experience in the field of audits
and assessment of Management Systems. AXIA CERT selects Auditors based on their
specialized knowledge, their experience in the field and their communication
skills. Of great importance is their willingness to help the organizations they
assess, adding value to them with their work. AXIA CERT considers its
Human Resources as its most valuable asset. In order to maintain its
competence at the highest possible level, it applies policies and procedures of
Concentration and Knowledge Management, as well as Continuous Education
and Training of its staff and partners.

Policy on Impartiality
Politics - Impartiality
The impartiality policy of ΑΧIA CERT Certification Body is to provide reliable, independent, objective and impartial, high quality, accredited certification services, which will increase the confidence of stakeholders. This reliability is ensured by the continuous compliance with the requirements of the current Regulatory Framework, the accreditation criteria, the ELOT EN ISO 17021-1:2015 standard, and the applicable regulatory documents set by the Hellenic Accreditation System (E.SY.D.). The main objective is to ensure the independence, impartiality and integrity of all staff and external partners on its entirety.
It is the policy of AXIA CERT Certification Body to ensure that all internal and external staff are aware of the need for impartiality in order to deliver certification services that provide confidence. Therefore, decisions made by AXIA CERT are based on objective evidence of compliance (or non- compliance), and these decisions are not influenced by other interests or other parties.
AXIA CERT does not allow commercial, financial or other kinds of pressure to compromise impartiality. The way AXIA CERT has chosen to fulfil the requirement for consultation and to ensure impartiality is to set up a committee involving interested parties, called the Impartiality Committee. AXIA CERT assesses potential risks to its impartiality on an ongoing basis using a number of mechanisms including internal audit, management review and stakeholder consultation. When such risks are identified, AXIA CERT takes appropriate measures to either eliminate or minimize them. These measures are monitored for their effectiveness. When customers or other stakeholders have concerns about the impartiality or objectivity of AXIA CERT, AXIA CERT has established and implemented a procedure for the management and handling of complaints, grievances and appeals.

Accreditations
AXIA CERT is a Certification Body accredited by the Hellenic Accreditation System (E.SY.D.). It conducts evaluations of Management Systems for businesses and organizations, in accordance with standards like ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 39001, ISO 37001, ISO 13485, ISO 41001, ISO 50001, and issues certificates. The accreditations of E.SY.D. are recognized Internationally. Therefore, AXIA CERT holds the validity to issue internationally recognized accredited certificates. With the aim of offering a wide range of certifications, AXIA CERT is also collaborating with other Certification Bodies.
